Season & Coat: In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss chicken livers with the seasoning. Then coat with flour and optionally panko for extra crunch.
Oil Lightly: Drizzle or spray with olive oil to ensure crispiness without deep frying.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place livers in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until golden brown and internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
Rest & Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with dipping sauces or side of choice.
