Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fingerling Potatoes Halved lengthwise
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil Or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika Optional for a smoky touch
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground preferred
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer Preferably with 4-5 qt size
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For tossing potatoes in oil
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For mixing without sticking

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved fingerling potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  5. Once golden and crispy, remove and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute fingerling potatoes with baby potatoes or Yukon golds cut into wedges.
  • Leftovers store well in an airtight container and reheat beautifully in the air fryer.
  • Add fresh rosemary or thyme for an herby finish!
