Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips toasted bread, or veggies (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, chopped artichokes, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
  3. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
