- Prep the fruit: Cut open the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into your blender. Add banana and frozen pineapple.

- Add liquid ingredients: Pour in the coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener if using. Add vanilla for a hint of flavor.
- Blend until smooth: Use a high-speed blender to mix until creamy and thick. Adjust with more coconut milk if needed.
- Serve and enjoy: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges or shredded coconut. Sip and pretend you’re on vacation!

Notes
For a protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or chia seeds. For a boozy twist, splash in some light rum! This smoothie also works great as a smoothie bowl base.
