- 2 medium-sized beetroots peeled and chopped
- 2 medium-sized carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 apple optional, for sweetness, cored and chopped
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger optional, for a kick
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of water adjust for desired consistency
- Mint leaves for garnish, optional
Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and peel the beetroots. Also, wash and peel the carrots. Chop them up into smaller pieces to make them easier to juice.
If using, core and chop the apple, peel the ginger.
Juicing:
Place the beetroots, carrots, apple and ginger in a juicer.
Add the water and juice everything until smooth.
