Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and peel the beetroots. Also, wash and peel the carrots. Chop them up into smaller pieces to make them easier to juice.
- If using, core and chop the apple, peel the ginger.
Juicing:
- Place the beetroots, carrots, apple and ginger in a juicer.
- Add the water and juice everything until smooth.
Strain (Optional):
- Pass through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to catch the pulp for a smoother juice.
Add Lemon Juice:
- Add the lemon juice to improve taste and provide vitamin C.
Serve:
- Serve the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves if you like. Enjoy right away, straight from the best before!
