Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth.
  • Pour about ½ cup of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and close the lid.
  • Cook according to the waffle maker’s instructions (usually 4-5 minutes) until golden brown and crisp.
  • Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with syrup, butter, fresh fruit, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra crispy waffles, let them rest on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
Add cinnamon or nutmeg for a flavorful twist.
Use buttermilk instead of regular milk for a richer taste.
