- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth.
- Pour about ½ cup of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and close the lid.
