Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk any kind dairy, almond, oat, etc.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries plus extra for topping
  • to taste nuts or granola for topping optional

Equipment

  • 1 Mason jars or airtight containers For storing overnight oats
  • 1 Mixing Bowl (for combining ingredients)

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract (if using).
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into mason jars or airtight containers.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6–8 hours.
  6. In the morning, give the oats a good stir, add additional milk if needed for desired consistency.
  7. Top with extra blueberries, nuts, or granola before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can swap out blueberries for raspberries, strawberries, or a mix of berries.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey.
  • For extra creaminess, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
