  • 1.5 lbs boneless pork ribs country-style or pork shoulder cuts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional for a sweeter glaze
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the boneless ribs in the baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the ribs are tender.
  6. Optional: Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes and broil on high for a caramelized, crispy top.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
