1 Loaf pan (8x4 or 9x5 inch)
1 Oven – Preheated to 350°F (175°C).
1 Spatula – to smooth the meat mixture
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20 – high-fat content for juiciness
- 1/2 lb ground pork – optional adds moisture and flavor
- 2 eggs – acts as binder
- 1/4 cup grated cheese – optional cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 tbsp butter or tallow – melted adds fat and flavor
- 1 tsp salt – adjust to taste

- 2 tbsp beef liver – optional finely chopped or blended for nutrient boost
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with butter or tallow.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, optional ground pork, eggs, melted butter or tallow, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and optional liver.
Mix gently until everything is just combined. Avoid over-mixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Press the meat mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake uncovered for 55–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
