- Wash and dry strawberries. Slice off the green tops and cut an “X” in each strawberry from the tip to ¾ down. Gently open them to form a flower-like shape.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or snip a zip bag corner).
- Pipe the cheesecake filling into each prepared strawberry.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or mini chocolate chips.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy! Perfect for summer parties or alongside a refreshing Coconut Mojito.
Notes
You can prep the strawberries and filling separately a day ahead. Just pipe and garnish before serving for the freshest presentation.
