  • 2 Chicken breasts Sliced into strips
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked if preferred
  • ½ tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For cooking
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Or use a cheese blend
  • 4 Flour tortillas 8–10 inch size
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise or garlic sauce Optional spread

Method

  2. Cook the Chicken: Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway. Alternatively, cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Spread a thin layer of garlic mayo or sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and optional veggies like lettuce or sliced avocado.
  5. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides, then roll tightly. Use a toothpick to secure if needed.
  6. Crisp the Wraps (Optional): Lightly spray with oil and cook in a skillet or air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve & Enjoy: Let rest for a few minutes, then slice in half and serve warm.
