Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb seedless red grapes washed and dried
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar for topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans lightly toasted

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Just before serving, sprinkle brown sugar evenly across the top.
  5. Toast chopped pecans in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes until fragrant, then sprinkle on top.
