Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish optional
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika optional for garnish
  • Fresh herbs parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 (Prepare Chicken): Boil or bake chicken breasts until cool enough to handle then shred, or chop into bite-size pieces.
  • Step 2 (Mix Ingredients): Add cooked chicken to a large mixing bowl along with mayonnaise, celery, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard and garlic powder & onion… Blend till combined evenly.
  • Step 3 (Season): Season it with some salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice Additional mayo and seasonings to taste for creamy or flavour
  • Step 4 (Chill): Chill the chicken salad for at least 1 hour to combine flavours.
