Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups freshly brewed coffee Strong and hot
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil Or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter Or ghee
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon Optional for blood sugar balance
  • 2 drops stevia Or monk fruit optional, for sweetness
  • 1 pinch sea salt Balances flavor

Equipment

  • 1 Blender A handheld frother also works
  • 1 Coffee mug At least 12 oz size
  • 1 Small saucepan If heating manually

Method
 

  1. Brew the Coffee: Start with 2 cups of hot, freshly brewed black coffee.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Pour coffee into a blender. Add MCT oil, butter, cinnamon, stevia, and sea salt.
  3. Blend Until Frothy: Blend for 15–20 seconds on high until the drink becomes creamy and frothy. (A handheld frother works too.)
  4. Serve & Sip: Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately. Perfect on an empty stomach before breakfast or during intermittent fasting.
