Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the dough
Add flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir well.
Into the twice-the-size bowl as the cottage cheese and olive oil, put all your dry ingredients. Mix until you form a dough.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour; if it's not coming together and seems very dry, pour in just 1 tsp of water.

Cut into 4-6 equal portions and shape the dough.
Roll out each portion into thin, flat circle shape (approximately ¼ inch thick) on a floured surface with the help of rolling pin.
Step 4: Cook the flatbreads
