Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, chopped

Method
 

  1. Season Chicken: Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over chicken breasts, coating all sides well.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook 6–7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to scrape up browned bits from the skillet.
  4. Add Cheese: Stir grated Parmesan cheese into the sauce until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken. Season with salt and black pepper as needed.
  5. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return chicken breasts to the skillet, coating thoroughly in the creamy Cajun sauce. Simmer gently for another 2 minutes to warm chicken through.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with steamed vegetables.
