- Combine: In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sugar (if using). Scrape down the edges of the blender and blend until creamy smooth.
- Texture Check: If the dough is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk at a time to thin it out until you have a soft-serve consistency.
- Scoop or pipe the Dole Whip into bowls or cups and serve immediately.
Notes
Make it Creamier: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the blend for an extra creamy texture if you’re feeling indulgent.
