- In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, grapes, diced apple, celery, and pecans.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the mayo and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture. Stir gently until everything is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes so the flavors meld.
- Serve in lettuce cups, on croissants, or eat straight from the bowl (we won’t judge).

- Add chopped green onion or a dash of paprika for extra zing.
