Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats gluten-free if needed
  • 2 cups almond milk or oat milk for nut-free option
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey if not vegan
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg optional
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, for extra texture
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, chia seeds, and salt.
  • Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 small jars or containers and seal with lids.
  • Refrigerate overnight (8 hours minimum).
  • In the morning, stir and serve cold with your favorite toppings like sliced bananas, almonds, or coconut.
