Prepare the cauliflower:
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C / 375 °F (or oven to 200 °C / 400 °F).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Air fry or roast:
- Arrange florets in a single layer.
- Air fry for 18–20 minutes (or roast 25 minutes), shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Make the glaze:
- While the cauliflower cooks, warm honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, paprika, chili powder, and cayenne in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir for 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Glaze the cauliflower:
- Transfer hot cauliflower to a clean bowl. Pour the warm honey glaze over and toss quickly to coat every floret.
Serve:
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot and crisp for the perfect sweet-spicy crunch.
