  • 2 cups watermelon scooped into balls
  • 1 cup melon honeydew or cantaloupe
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced

  • 1 cup milk cold
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the fruit. Cut watermelon, melon, and strawberries into small cubes or use a melon baller for round shapes. Add them to a large bowl.
  2. Mix the base. In a separate bowl, combine milk, condensed milk, and sugar. Stir until well blended and slightly sweet.
  3. Combine and chill. Pour the milk mixture over the fruit and stir gently. Add ice cubes and let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to chill.
  4. Serve and garnish. Spoon the fruit and liquid into serving glasses or bowls. Garnish with mint leaves for a fresh finish.
