Method
- Brew 1 shot of espresso using an espresso machine. If you don't have an espresso machine, brew a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the hot espresso over the ice, allowing it to cool slightly.
- Froth the milk using a milk frother until it’s light and foamy.
- Pour the frothed milk into the glass over the espresso and ice.
- Stir the drink gently to combine the coffee and milk.
- Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon for extra flavor (optional).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter iced cappuccino, add sugar or a flavored syrup to taste.
You can use almond, oat, or soy milk as a non-dairy alternative for the milk.
Adjust the amount of milk for a creamier or lighter drink.
If you don’t have a milk frother, you can froth milk by shaking it vigorously in a jar or using a handheld whisk.
