Method
- Pat dry the snapper fillets. Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and salt. Rub all over fish. Let marinate 15–20 minutes.
- Heat skillet, cook fillets skin-side down for 3–4 min. Flip and cook 2–3 min until flaky.
- In a small saucepan, mix soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and chili. Heat gently.
- Drizzle sauce over snapper, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
Notes
Best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge.
