Get your oven warmed up to 350°F (175°C). Ready a loaf tin or prep a baking tray with parchment paper.
Now, take a roomy bowl. Throw in the beef mince, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme (if you like).
Mesh all the ingredients well. Use your hands or a spatula. But remember, don't overdo it if you want a soft meatloaf.
Next, get the meat mix into your ready loaf tin and shape it into a loaf. Or you can shape it directly on the tray.
Give the meatloaf a tasty glaze. Smear a light layer of ketchup on top.
Time to bake. Put it in the already warm oven for 60-70 minutes. Stop when the internal temperature hits 160°F (71°C).
Before you slice and serve, allow the meatloaf to sit for 10 minutes.
