- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold the shredded chicken into the cream mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
