Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 mini slider buns or small hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for brushing rolls

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board

  • Spatula
  • Baking sheet (optional for toasting buns)
  • Brush for butter

Method
 

Cook the Steak:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add thinly sliced ribeye steak, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
Sauté Vegetables:
  1. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Combine & Melt Cheese:
  1. Return the cooked steak to the pan, mix it with the vegetables, and place provolone cheese slices over the mixture.
  2. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes, then stir everything together.
Prepare the Buns:
  1. Slice the mini slider buns in half and brush them with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  2. Toast them in the oven for 3-5 minutes (optional but recommended).
Assemble the Sliders:
  1. Spoon the steak and cheese mixture onto each bun.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
