Method
 

  1. Preheat mini waffle maker and lightly grease with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker, spreading evenly.
  5. Close the lid and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove carefully and repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes for maximum crispiness before serving.

Notes

    • Reheat in an air fryer or toaster for best crispiness (avoid the microwave).
    • To freeze: wrap cooked chaffles in parchment and store in freezer-safe bags for up to 2 months.
