Ingredients
  

  • 10 pieces Dried prunes Pitted
  • 2 cups Filtered water Cold or room temperature
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional for sweetness
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Optional for freshness

Equipment

  • 1 Fine strainer To remove pulp

Method
 

  1. Soak prunes in one cup of warm water for about 20 minutes until they soften.
  2. Transfer the soaked prunes and their water into a blender.
  3. Add the second cup of filtered water, honey, and lemon juice.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
  6. Serve immediately, or store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
