- Soak prunes in one cup of warm water for about 20 minutes until they soften.
- Transfer the soaked prunes and their water into a blender.
- Add the second cup of filtered water, honey, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Serve immediately, or store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
