Make the Soup

- Blend using an immersion blender until silky smooth. Add cream and adjust seasoning to taste.
Prepare the Bacon
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Optional: brush with maple syrup for a glossy, sweet finish.
- Crumble bacon and set aside.
Assemble & Serve
- Ladle soup into bowls and top with bacon crumbles.
