Add ingredients to the blender: Add the tomatoes, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, lemon juice, black pepper, sea salt, and hot sauce to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth: Run high until everything is well mixed and you have a smooth juice. If needed, add water to reach the desired consistency.
Strain (optional): If Strainer, you juice your juice through a fine mesh sieve to strained pulp to get a smoother texture
Serve and garnish: Add to glasses and garnish with a parsley sprig or celery stick, and be ready to serve.
