Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave optional
  • Toppings choose your combo:
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Granola
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Cacao nibs
  • Extra chia seeds
  • Mint leaves

  • Freezer-safe storage bags or containers
  • Knife & cutting board

Method
 

  1. Prep your fruit: If not already frozen, cut and freeze your mango and banana overnight.
  2. Blend: Add frozen mango, banana, yogurt, chia seeds, and coconut milk to your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if necessary, but keep it thick.
  3. Taste & adjust: Add honey/agave if you want it sweeter.
  4. Serve it cold: Pour into a chilled bowl.
  5. Top it off: Add your favorite toppings for crunch, color, and flavor.
  6. Snap a pic: It’s almost too pretty to eat almost.
