Ingredients
  

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas or any preferred wrap
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast deli-style
  • 4 slices of cheese cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or your preferred spread
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Spatula or spreader for the sauce
  • Parchment paper or foil (for wrapping, if desired)

Method
 

  1. Begin Preparing the Tortillas: On a clear flat surface or cutting broad, place each tortilla.
  2. Spread Sauce: Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise onto each tortilla evenly. If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the mayo.
  3. Layer the Ingredients:
  4. Stack 2 ounces turkey on top of each tortilla.
  5. Layer 1 slice of cheese over the turkey.
  6. A fistful of baby spinach leaves
  7. For extra flavour, add a couple of tomato slices and avocado in the centre.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. How To Wrap It: Start from one edge and roll the tortilla away, folding in sides as you go.
