Ingredients
  

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas or any preferred wrap
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast deli-style
  • 4 slices of cheese cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or your preferred spread
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin Preparing the Tortillas: On a clear flat surface or cutting broad, place each tortilla.
  • Spread Sauce: Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise onto each tortilla evenly. If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the mayo.
  • Layer the Ingredients:
  • Stack 2 ounces turkey on top of each tortilla.
  • Layer 1 slice of cheese over the turkey.
  • A fistful of baby spinach leaves
  • For extra flavour, add a couple of tomato slices and avocado in the centre.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How To Wrap It: Start from one edge and roll the tortilla away, folding in sides as you go.
  • Cut the wraps diagonally and serve immediately. These can also go in parchment or freezer paper packets for a portable meal.
