  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 2-4 tbsp plant-based milk optional for consistency

Method
 

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Add plant milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Transfer to serving jars. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
