- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add plant milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer to serving jars. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a deeper chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in sealed containers.
