- Getting the Tortilla Ready: Put your whole wheat tortillas on a clean table.
- Apply the Hummus: Smear around 1/4 cup of hummus on each tortilla, make sure to avoid the edges.
- Put Vegetables on Next: The sliced cucumber, grated carrot, cut bell pepper, spinach, cherry tomatoes sliced in half, and red onion go on top of the hummus.
- Add Extras: Crumble feta cheese, sprinkle salt and pepper, and put olive oil over the vegetables if you want more flavour.
- Rolling Time: Begin on one side, roll that tortilla tight. Fold in the edges to keep the filling safe.
- Cut and Enjoy: Slice your wrap into two triangles. Enjoy it right away, or save it in foil for later.
