Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Argentinian shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season shrimp lightly with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • In a skillet or frying pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
  • Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly pink.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to combine flavors.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
