This Blackberry Mojito is bold, fizzy, and just a little bit fancy. Sweet blackberries muddled with lime and mint meet white rum and sparkling water for a summery cocktail that’s as beautiful as it is refreshing. It’s the drink that turns a casual get-together into a patio party; just shake, pour, and impress.

Instructions
In a shaker or directly in the glass, muddle the blackberries, mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar together until the berries release their juice and the mint smells amazing.
Add the white rum and give everything a good stir (or shake, if using a shaker).
Strain the mixture into glasses if you want a smoother sip, leave the seeds in if you like it rustic.
Fill glasses with crushed ice, then top each with sparkling water.
Garnish with extra blackberries, a mint sprig, and a lime slice. Serve chilled and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Want a mocktail version? Skip the rum and top off with sparkling lime water or coconut water.
Love spice? Try muddling in a thin slice of jalapeño for a kick.
Use a mesh strainer if you want to remove seeds or pulpy bits for a smoother drink.
Crushed ice is key for mojitos, it melts slower and holds flavor better.
