Preheat your mini waffle maker and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly combined.
Pour half the batter into the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Carefully remove the first chaffle, then repeat with the remaining batter.
