Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup watermelon Cubed or balled
  • 12 leaves mint Fresh plus more for garnish
  • 2 limes Juiced
  • 2 tbsp sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup soda water Or sparkling water
  • Ice As needed

Equipment

  • 1 Muddler Or the back of a spoon
  • 1 Cocktail shaker Optional, for a cold mix
  • 4 Glasses Tall or short, your call

Method
 

  1. In a large glass or shaker, muddle cucumber, watermelon, mint, sugar, and lime juice until well combined.
  2. If using rum, add it in and stir.
  3. Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the muddled mixture over.
  4. Top with soda water or sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with extra mint, cucumber ribbons, or watermelon wedges. Sip and feel the cool!

Notes

  • For a mocktail, just skip the rum.
  • Freeze watermelon cubes for a slushie version.
  • Use agave or honey instead of sugar if preferred.
