When the sun’s blazing, and you’re craving something ultra-refreshing, the Cucumber Watermelon Mojito swoops in like a summer superhero. With the juicy sweetness of fresh watermelon, the crisp coolness of cucumber, a squeeze of lime, and a splash of rum (or not mocktail fans, we see you), this mojito is pure backyard bliss in a glass. Think spa water, but make it party-ready.

Cucumbers aren’t just for your eyes at the spa. They’re surprisingly low-calorie and hydrating, packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits, according to Verywell Fit. Meanwhile, watermelon offers a punch of vitamin C, hydration, and that natural sweetness that pairs like a dream with mint, as we do in our Watermelon Feta Skewers and Thai Watermelon Salad Recipe. Bonus: this combo has been a crowd favourite in our Blackberry Mojito Recipe series for a good reason.

And hey, this recipe isn’t just here to look pretty on Instagram (although it definitely will). It’s simple, it’s sippable, and it’s endlessly adaptable. Whether you’re hosting a brunch, cooling off after a long hike, or just pretending your couch is a beach cabana, this Cucumber Watermelon Mojito brings all the chill vibes you need with or without the rum.
