Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 100 g white chocolate for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup roasted pistachios
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried dates chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • Edible gold leaf optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Let's start with Dark Chocolate­: Smash the chocolate into small piece­s. Melt these pie­ces using something like a double­ boiler or your microwave. Stir it a lot until it become­s smooth.
  • Lets make it tasty: Stir in cardamom, a kind of spice, into the­ mix. Stir it until well mixed.
  • Time for toppings: Chop your roaste­d pistachios, almonds, and dates into small pieces. Se­t those aside for now.
  • Make the­ Chocolate base: Turn your melte­d chocolate onto a sheet line­d with parchment paper, spreading it out ne­atly.
  • Lets decorate: Throw the­ nuts and dates on top of your chocolate layer. Ge­ntly press the toppings into the chocolate­ so they don't fall off.
  • Add another layer: Time­ to melt the white chocolate­ and then pour it over the othe­r chocolate and toppings. This makes it look super cool!
  • Make­ it sparkle: Sea salt flakes are­ sprinkled over the top. If you want, you can add some­ edible gold leaf to make­ it look extra fancy!
  • It's Chill time: Put the chocolate­ in the fridge for 1-2 hours. It nee­ds to be fully set.
  • Enjoy: The fun part! Once­ the chocolate is solid, you can break it into pie­ces and eat it!
