Method
- Let's start with Dark Chocolate: Smash the chocolate into small pieces. Melt these pieces using something like a double boiler or your microwave. Stir it a lot until it becomes smooth.

- Lets make it tasty: Stir in cardamom, a kind of spice, into the mix. Stir it until well mixed.

- Time for toppings: Chop your roasted pistachios, almonds, and dates into small pieces. Set those aside for now.

- Make the Chocolate base: Turn your melted chocolate onto a sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it out neatly.

- Lets decorate: Throw the nuts and dates on top of your chocolate layer. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate so they don't fall off.

- Add another layer: Time to melt the white chocolate and then pour it over the other chocolate and toppings. This makes it look super cool!

- Make it sparkle: Sea salt flakes are sprinkled over the top. If you want, you can add some edible gold leaf to make it look extra fancy!

- It's Chill time: Put the chocolate in the fridge for 1-2 hours. It needs to be fully set.

- Enjoy: The fun part! Once the chocolate is solid, you can break it into pieces and eat it!
