Ingredients
  

  • 8 Ice cream sandwiches Any flavor works!
  • 1 cup Whipped topping Cool Whip Or homemade whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips Optional for crunch
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Oreos or cookies Optional filling layer
  • Sprinkles Optional for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Unwrap the Sandwiches: Line up the ice cream sandwiches side by side (4 on top, 4 on bottom) on a sheet of plastic wrap placed over a baking sheet.
  • Spread the Filling: Carefully spread the whipped topping over the bottom sandwiches. Add mini chocolate chips or crushed cookies if using.
  • Top and Roll: Place the top sandwiches on and gently press to secure. Use the plastic wrap to roll and shape into a log. Seal the edges.
  • Freeze Until Firm: Place the roll in the freezer for at least 1 hour, until solid.
  • Slice and Serve: Slice into rounds, sprinkle with more toppings if desired, and enjoy immediately.
