  • 1 –2 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener optional, to taste
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for fiber and fullness
  • Lemon slices or mint leaves for garnish
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper for extra metabolism support

Equipment

  • 1 × Large Pitcher or Jar
  • 1 × Whisk or Spoon
  • 1 × Citrus Juicer
  • 1 × Knife & Cutting Board
  • 1 × Fine Mesh Strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine cold water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon. Whisk well to combine.
  2. Sweeten (Optional): Add honey or monk fruit sweetener to taste. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Optional Steep: Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint if desired.
  5. Drink & Store: Drink 1 cup before meals or first thing in the morning. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake before each use.
