Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of paprika or cayenne for a bit of heat

Instructions
 

  • Make The Base: Combine the base ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk through until smooth.
  • Add the flavor: Mix in the pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and vinegar. Mix until everything is combined well.
  • Season to Taste: Test by performing an initial tasting of the kinds and add salt and pepper as needed. A pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper for just a bit of zing (spicy, if you prefer)
  • STORAGE: Refrigerate the sauce to allow flavors to meld for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving. If you love burgers, serve there!

Notes

This sauce also works great as a dip for fries or onion rings!
For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
Customize it by adding finely chopped pickles, onions, or a splash of hot sauce for an extra kick.
